The price we quote is the price you pay.
If we find something unexpected, we stop, show you, and agree any change before we carry on. No surprise extras on the invoice.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes for installations are free and in writing. For repairs, we give you a fixed call-out price before we set off, then a price for the fix before we start it.
Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Yes. Every engineer who works on gas appliances is Gas Safe registered, and you can check our number on the Gas Safe Register.
How quickly can you get to me in Bolton?
For emergencies in Bolton we aim to be with you within the hour. For other repairs we usually offer a same-day or next-day slot.
