Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes for installations are free and in writing. For repairs, we give you a fixed call-out price before we set off, then a price for the fix before we start it.
Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Yes. Every engineer who works on gas appliances is Gas Safe registered, and you can check our number on the Gas Safe Register.
How quickly can you get to me in Bolton?
For emergencies in Bolton we aim to be with you within the hour. For other repairs we usually offer a same-day or next-day slot.
What's the difference between Service and Installations?
PlumbServ Service handles repairs, servicing and maintenance. PlumbServ Installations is our dedicated team for planned projects: new boilers, bathrooms, heat pumps and heating systems. Same company, same standards, but each team focuses on the work it does best.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. Repairs carry a 12-month workmanship guarantee and installations come with manufacturer warranties of up to 12 years, which we register for you.
Can I spread the cost of an installation?
Yes. Finance options are available on installations, subject to status. Ask during your survey.
Do you clean up after yourselves?
Always. Dust sheets and shoe covers as standard, and we take waste away with us.
Do you work for landlords and letting agents?
Yes. We do gas safety certificates, repairs and void property checks, with monthly invoicing for agents.
